1. Warranty

Our Plugins are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.

Our Plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean store installs (either WooCommerce or Shopify), which is defined as a store without any active 3rd party apps (apart from WooCommerce).

Due to the quantity and variety of Shopify & WordPress apps and add-ons, we do not guarantee that our Plugins will function with all third-party apps or add-ons of any kind. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any conflicts or compatibility issues that may occur due to third-party software.

Moreover, while Etsy and Shopify’s APIs continue to evolve, our Plugins are guaranteed to function up to the API version it was tested on. Upon API updates, every effort will be made to roll out a compatible version of our Plugins in the shortest feasible time. We cannot guarantee full functionality during these plugin updates.

Should conflicts occur with third-party software, we may provide support at our discretion.

2. Support

Our plugins are offered “as is” and with no implied meaning that it will function exactly as “you” would like, or that it will be compatible with any and all third-party components and add-ons.

Support for our Plugins is only available for those have an active license key.

Support and updates for our Plugins are provided as long as the plugin is actively in development and is actively maintained. Should any one of the following occur, we will no longer be responsible for providing support for our Plugins:

• The plugin is no longer actively developed as a viable product.
• Etsy API or Shopify API is no longer actively developed.

While we attempt to provide the best support possible for this service, we do not guarantee that any particular support query can, or will be answered to the extent, or within a timeframe that the inquirer is completely satisfied.

3. Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.

4. Plugin Delivery

After we have processed your payment successfully, you will receive an email with your order number and other purchase information. Your license key is available in your account area along with your plugin downloads. You can download the plugin by logging into the account created for you when purchasing the plugin and clicking on the appropriate link.

Should you not receive an email containing your information, you can contact us through support@omniwp.com to request your purchase information.

Access to re-download purchased files will be granted so long as your license key is valid. If a license key expires, download access to the associated files will be discontinued until such time as the license key is renewed.

5. Ownership

Our Plugins are the property of omniWP. Claiming any intellectual or exclusive ownership rights of our products is strictly prohibited.

6. Website Content

All content found on this site and throughout the plugins including images, documentation, support queries and any other information is the property of omniWP unless mentioned otherwise and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

7. Price Changes

omniWP reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plan without prior notice or consent. Prices of all plugins are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

8. Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our plugins 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.
Refunds will be offered at our sole discretion and must meet all of the following conditions entirely:

• You are within the first 30 days of the purchase of the plugin.
• Your issue(s) comes from not being able to perform the core functions of the service.
• You have attempted to resolve your issue(s) with our support.
• No refunds will be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase whatsoever.
• Refunds will not be provided if Etsy’s API or WooCommerce’s core undergo updates that render the purchased version non-functional.
• Issues caused by 3rd party add-ons or apps, Shopify or WooCommerce themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.

By purchasing plugin(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgement or legal actions.

9. Email

omniWP will never send you promotional emails or newsletters. We will never sell, share or release your email to any external parties.

10. License Agreement

By purchasing our Plugins you indicate and consent that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.

11. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding.
